Every Nova Stone bracelet is handcrafted to order. Because we build each piece individually — selecting stones, setting the tension, and finishing by hand — we do not ship from a warehouse. What you receive is made specifically for you.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Because each bracelet is handmade after your order is placed, please allow 7–10 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be crafted, quality-checked, and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times after shipping vary by location. US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your country and local customs processing.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Nova Stone Jewelry.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order using natural gemstones, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to use our sizing guide before placing your order — we are also happy to help you find your size before you buy. Reach us through the Contact page anytime.

We do accept return requests for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your bracelet arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

— Your order number — A clear photo of the damage — A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Items must be unused and returned in their original Nova Stone gift box and pouch to be eligible.

Packaging

Every order ships in a Nova Stone gift box with a signature stone pouch inside. Your bracelet arrives ready to wear or ready to gift — no extra wrapping needed.
